I don't want DACA under any bus either, and certainly not under this K-1 short bus :bonk: In one of my phone conversations with USCIS. I was lead to believe there's a fee I could have paid, for premium I-129f service. Is this true anyone?

I do not believe it is true. If there were a expedite fee that I could pay, I would have paid it long ago.

Have you heard anything about priority service? I was asked if I had that, then asked how much I paid for petition. Told the person on phone it was 340.00. The guy said that was the normal processing fee. Left a big ??? mark on my face.

There is no priority service fee. You were misinformed.

The premiums Processing is only available to businesses, not k1 applicants. The USCIS representative should have been clear about that.

HOLY PORTA-POTTY! Are we just kidding here? Closed because of their darn TOILETS? Let em' eat Charmin, I say. And I mean that with a degree of sincerity that's positively STAGGERING.

For gosh sake...my man (husband now of course) and i filed an AOS at the West Palm, FL office...in JUNE 2012. Did the fingerprint and photo dance, and then waited. Wellll!!! (I appalingly mutter, with my hand resting on my dumb face a la Jack Benny). It seems..West Palm does not WANT an interview. Noooo. We received a nice letter instead. A letter informing us that our AOS filing had been sent to....YUP...you got it....to the CALIF****ORNIA service center. And their reason was???? TO EXPEDITE the darn thing.

I'm sorry....did they say expedite? HUH. Here we're sitting um...in ....ok...JUST BOUT' APRIL 2013, with my guy's stooopid temporary work and travel thingie expiring in a few mnths. Would anyone care to make a small wager...that we'll have to renew those temp. thangs WAAAAAY before he gets the permanent conditional residency?

HEY>..let's make it interesting. I'll bet he ends up filing for the REMOVAL of the conditional part....BEFORE he receives it. California my BUTT.

Every one of you who have posted on this...while tearing your hair out...not to mention your eyeballs...have my condolences...and I'm sending healing zen-like new agey kinda thoughts directly to you. GEEZ LOOWEEZE. xoxo

There have been no NOA2's out of CSC that last couple of days, they were off today for Good Friday, and off Monday and Tuesday because of the toilets, and I believe they have next Monday off for Cesar Chavez Day which is recognized in California. So in one week they showed up for work two days, nice! :bonk:
