Hi everyone

Hopefully you hear some good news soon if you are still waiting for you approval, and good luck to everybody

We get approved lastly  , we are waiting for our case number from NVC, I’m the beneficiary, for some personnel reasons i would like to know if there is a possibility to extend the probable date to enter to US

I was thinking about some possibilities but I’m not sure witch one is possible /reasonable

1:

Slow down the involved steps in this Stage! If yes, how much time we can take For Ex, after paying AOS/IV bills to send packages?

2:

Inform NVC after completing the case to prolong the interview date? I don’t know, may be it is not possible!

3:

Ask them during the interview day if my US entry can be prolonged a little bit?

I am excited and happy to start alright this stage without slowing down anything but I don’t know how to have more time in the end

Your help is much appreciated

Thank you

Between each stage at the NVC you have a year to respond to them. You can make it take as long as you want almost. How much time are looking for?

You have 6 months after approval of the visa to enter the USA. It depends a little on the consulate, sometimes it's 6 months from interview and sometimes its 6 months from the medical.
