Hi everyone, does anybody know ,what is the reason why i cannot see anything changed on my case status. Checking it, as i received RFE on february, and sent it back on march 9. I did not find nay change on the timeline, when tried to see, if they every posted that they sent my RFE. is it only my case does not show anything?

And if anybody have clues, when to expect to hear anything from Vermont center, in regards to my RFE. It has been two weeks now, and i am lost .

Same here. Submitted response to RFE for parents. It shows "Response Review" for one parent and "Request for Evidence" for the other...We were told that USCIS has 60 to provide an update. I know they were both received because they were in the same envelope and the two seperate reponses were clipped together with a large black clip. The issue also is that we received one RFE with both names on it however, the bar code on the coversheet attached to the RFE listed just one case number and not both...I really want to call and ask that it be updated just in case the adjudicator is waiting for the other response before he reveiws the file again unware that both RFEs were resopnded too...another 60 days? It been 9 months...I wish everyone all the best! Approvals soon to come, Approvals soon to come!!!

Just request an Infopass appointment at your local USCIS office. Good Luck :)

My opinion is that they are so behind, it is one more thing to do that slows them down, but it does nothing to help our uneasiness.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

My status on line dates back to May of 2012 and has never been updated since, but I did sign up for email updates and I have received emails dealing with my I-751 right up to the day I received my green card which was March 30, 2013. We filed in May of 2012 and I received a RFE in January of 2013, hang in there, I am sure if all is well you should have some news soon. It is hard to be told to check your status on line and see no changes and if you call they will recommend you check on line as well, but I have found that calling then is really not much help as the letter states if can take up to 60 days.
