Okay, I think I know what to do with this but can someone please confirm that I've got it right? There's a link from the Packet 3 instructions to the DSL-1076, which gives me five pages of instructions, then page 6 is 'Applicant's Statement of Readiness to Be Interviewed', and page 7 is the document checklist. The checklist has some little writing on the bottom saying DSL-1076. Am I right in thinking that Page 6 and 7 are what I need to send in, and together they make up DSL-1076?

Oh, another question - what happens to DS-230 Part II? I sent in the DS-230 Part I like it said to, when I received Packet 3. But the Packet 3 instructions don't say to send Part II along. Just did a search on VJ and it seems some people say Part II isn't required for the K-1, but other people mention having been asked for it at the interview. Thinking maybe I'll just send it in with Packet 3 anyway.

DO NOT send DS-230 Part 2. It does not apply to K1's, it is only for spouses. It might confuse things
