Adding ticker and photos

On behalf of the Visa Journey Moderation Team, I would like to announce our newest member to the moderation team - our new global moderator, Penguin_ie. She's been a productive and contributing member on Visa Journey for some time now and has demonstrated all of those qualities that will make her a valuable addition to the team - intelligent, level-headed, familiar with the various immigration processes, helpful and well-respected. Hi have seen your posts and glad you are here...can you do me a favour and please tell me what I am doing wrong! I have read the directions on VJ for having your picture appear on posts (with no luck) and I have read your instructions on posting a ticker timeline (no luck...only shows the url #) is there a step by step or something...At least getting this right takes my mind off the wait..hope you can help!

Thank you for the kind words I split your question so hopefully you can get some answers, as I really have no idea how to add a ticker, and neither does Kathryn, the Global mod who made the original post welcoming me.

Do you want a picture in your signature (like the penguin in my post), or under your name (like the photo of me and my baby)?
