I sent my I-130 applications X 3 for my wife and two girls under 18. I send them on March 15 to Arizona lock box arrived the 18 got NOA1 on 22 text and email. Then got my NOA1 papers in the mail on the 22. Just checked this site https://egov.uscis.g...is/Dashboard.do

Click on Check My Case Status. Put the number I was sent and it show my cases were received and in progress. Below there was a Chart and you can choose the Visa that you are processing. I put in CSC for I-130 and you can see it shows 17.2 months for CSC. This was as of January 31. 2013. Keeping my fingers crossed my case went some where else. I do not know to which center my cases are being processed.
