Hello my case is we filed K1 visa when i was working overseas but in some changed of plans i moved back to my homeland so all the address i filled up was my address overseas.

Is anybody know how i can change it to my address now? Is it me ( the beneficiary ) to change it or is it my fiancee ( the petitioner )?

He called USCIS already and was told that it should be me to change it here in US Embassy in Philippines but when i called them same thing they told me that it should be my fiancee so i told him that. then again he called and got the same line that it should be me...sigh..I am about to call them again today...

Please help...One more thing who do receive the NOA2? is it the petitioner or the beneficiary? Because this is our worried now that if its me to recieve that then they might send it to my old address overseas :( :(

Thank you guys.

I am a beneficiary in the same situation as you. The petitioner will receive the NOA2, so that's no problem. My plan is to wait until my case gets to the NVC (after the NOA2) and I can get my case number from them. Then I'll contact the embassy where my case will be going next, give my case number, and tell them my new address (along with requesting that they send me the packet 3 via email).
