Hello everyone,

Last week we received our NOA-2 letter in the mail stating we could apply for a Adjustment of Status. We are finishing up all of the paperwork. I see that we can fill out a G-1145 form for email notification. However, every time I try to get to that form, I get an error saying my version of Adobe needs to be updated. I have the latest version of Adobe. I've tried it in Chrome, Firefox and on a Mac and a PC, so I don't think that it is anything I am doing. Does anyone have any ideas, or even better, does anyone have a download of this form I could get from you?
