Well thats a given but I notice in older people, those of a generation where shacking up was not an option..... when they become single, widowed or whatever, they now often don't marry.

I never had a Home Ec class even offered. Though in high school, I had to take a parenting class. We watched childbirth videos and had to take home a fake baby and take care of it. It had a sensor inside so the teacher would know if the baby was neglected or abused.

I took home Ec back in the 70's. Only guy in the class. I just did it to get sex.. Epic failure. Women are not turned on by another man cutting a shirt out of a pattern That all changed when they found out I had good weed.

Home ec was forced on us, being in a blue state and all it was mandatory. They wanted to strip us of our masculinity at very early age.

My mom is coming around though.

I am comfortable with same-sex marriage but it's not one of my priorities. My younger sister is a strong supporter and it is one of her priorities.

I hear what you are saying but a lot of effort and money was spent convincing those living under the Soviet system it was best, and it worked... most people believed it, even with the evidence before their eyes.

The west has also spent literally billions building up this momentum for gay-rights, it would seem now self propelling but every year they invest more in ONLY positive character placement in Movies, ABC allots

But it is not just the "selling" it is also the pressure to silence people of share another opinion.
