Wow, I think its sad how others come down on a person for just posting something positive like " God is in control". The topic is about CSC delays and the issue relating to the processing of cases. So, when a person who gives a response that is not offensive but uplifting or gives a person hope others what to add two negative cents to the topic. Unbelievable. For those whose cases are at CSC all I can say is stay positive, try to stay busy, and continue to be patient. :)

In the unlikely event there is a God (male or female) I'd be quite happy for them to focus on the plumbing given as how others are looking after the DACA kids.

As for VSC v CSC - in a few months times the relative positions may have switched back again and will probably ebb the other way again after we've all got our visas, got married and are homesick.

They didn't process anything since yesterday... :( another delay

HI,

They are already behind by ages in their process on top of that this. CSC are like the trains in india ,once a train is late it keeps on getting late because it has to provide way for the other train thats on time because in certain areas there is only one track.

Thanks

:( This is so sad. But I know God is in control.

Amen...I second your "God" is in control this is the reason some people are blessed beyond measure because they recognize that there is a God who sets up kings and takes them down! Blessed be the name of the Lord

This is good you believe in deity and I respect your beliefs. Please respect mine as well and keep them to yourself. Because as far as I think, god is not in control anywhere in this Galaxy. And at CSC people are in control and they have just created a "plumbing mess". And by this I mean tons of sh*t just clogged the system and it DOES NOT FLOW. Maybe they should employ millions of illegal immigrants to clean the "plumbing mess" and also help them to process applications faster? :bonk::devil::alien:

Unfortunately, from your point of view... Fortunate from mine... his God, and mine also, is in control and has a plan for us all.. this is the same God who wants you to be a part of His family.. but, you will have to make the decision (and probably already have) if you will allow God to be the center of your life. Remember you can always change your mind.

My response was due to your response to someone else's beliefs.

Bottom line... if you disagree.. be gracious about it. State that you disagree but don't lash out at someone else.

Have a great day and good luck on your K1...

Workload Transfer from California Service Center to Texas Service Center

On March 8, 2013, USCIS transferred some casework from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center to balance overall workload with processing capacity at the centers. The affected casework includes the following forms:

I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

I-765 Worksheet (PDF) (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

Effect on Customers

As a result of these changes, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requestors may receive a letter from USCIS letting them know their request for DACA is now pending at the Texas Service Center instead of the California Service Center. Customers do not need to take any action.

Nobody here said that YOU have to believe in God.

I believe in God, I believe he gave me the strength to get through this process.

If you don't believe, it's fine, no one here is forcing you to.

Be respectful, just like we respect you.

We all need to meet with our Congressman/woman or their reps and demand they do something. I think if they see an influx of concerned people and look into CSC something might be done. I went to talk to my Representative today and she could not believe we have been waiting for almost 8 months! She said she would follow up with CSC and hopefully she can do something to move our case along. You should all write or meet with your Representatives!!
