Lets just be respectful people. We are all dealing with the unknown when it comes to the government anyway which is stessfull enough. People come here to find some comfort through this long process. Lets be a little more tolerant. No reason to get ugly with eachother. We are all in the same boat more or less or have been at one time or another.

Ya, more reroutings for newly filed K-1s, right? Texas Service Center, or some place not in California ? That'd be sweet, you betcha !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I have not seen any CSC petitions approved on here in a very long time. Petitions are approved every day from the VSC. I think they have completely stopped processing k-1`s at the CSC. I dont think this delay will make any difference. Until their work load goes down, i dont see thay will be approving any k-1`s any time soon. I am expecting at lest a 9-10 month wait. So i am guessing i will hear something around July at the earliest. If delays continue for another 2 months, then i am sure i will not hear anything until September-October at the earliest.

"Plumbing issues."

They are so backed up with applications, "plumbing issues" sounds about right...

I noticed the thread suddenly got all religious  Personally, I don't believe in a god. I think that the people who are processing these applications, or the people who are managing those people are entirely responsible for the slowdowns.

Whether or not a higher power caused them to process the applications slowly is anyone's guess... :ot2:

You could always pack up and move to a state that is covered by the VSC. I'm thinking of doing that an re-applying. It'll probably happen quicker that way!!

When I sent my app in in September California was the place to be and Vermont was the place to avoid. So you just have to go with the flow. Even if I had the choice I would have sent the app to California at the time, and now look where we are. :help:

Journey so far:

09/14/2012: Sent I-129F Packet

09/21/2012: NOA1 Received

04/22/2013: NOA2 Notice of approval
05/08/2013 NVC Received

06/01/2013 Packet 3 Received

06/04/2013 Packet 3 Sent

06/10/2013 Packet 4 email received

06/27/2013 First Scheduled interview-cancelled (didn't get notarized paperwork in time)

08/12/2013 K-1 interview passed!

08/28/2013 Lili Arrives in the U.S.!!!

10/04/2013 Marriage!!!

03/26/2014 AOS Approved!

04/02/2014 Received GC

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and think of what could go right!

Oh my. Hang in there, guys. I hope you will be getting approvals soon! I also hope that this is not a tendency when both centers take turns in making people wait longer than should be. Good luck to all of us :luv:
