More then three months-----------Admin. Process

HI friends,

After getting 221g sheet on interview day on 16th December 2011 i had submitted documents on 13th December 2012 and after that the case is on AP.

The day i had attended interview The CONSULAR asked for custody document which i din't have so after that i had filed on 3rd January 2012 one case of Guardianship( cos the child is already living with me AND no body demanding the custody of my daughter)so as per law i was applicable to file for the Guardianship case)and the court took more then one year(got on 5th March 2013)to declare me Guardian of mu own daughter This case proceeded and finished as ex-party.

So this is the reason i submitted documents after a long time i was waiting for this document and when i saw that the case cannot be finish with in the required time limit(with in one year of 221g sheet)i had submitted rest all documents with a letter stating that a case of Guardianship is going on in the court so pls grant some more time as i will get i will submit in the embassy.I have sent that document through speed post to Embassy.After that both the cases are on AP FROM 16TH December 2012.

After submitting the documents the status was updating every week but form 12 th March the status has not been changed for both cases CR1 AND CR2.I have sent e-mails to VFS they say the status has updated but i have checked its not.what does it means?pls advise me.

Call VFS again and mention the email that they have said about status updates.
