My grand mother passed away this morning and i'm planning to go back to the Philippines for 4days and I'm planning to leave TODAY. I'm still on a CR1 visa and a green card holder, am I allowed to leave the US? if so,for how long? hope to hear from you guys! Thanks!

You can leave for up to a year without abandoning the greencard.

You are fine to go. Just make sure that you are back in the States at least 90 days before your green card expires so that you can begin the process of removing conditions.

As long as your passport is at least 6 month away from expiration and valid greencard, you're good to go.
