Regardless of your stance on DACA, bringing the negativity into your plea will only harm your case. So, it is best not to be inflammatory when making your case. Just my 2 pennies.

I sent my letter today, postal mail, to Donald Neufeld and also one to the USCIS Ombudsman. I don't think I will email, as it has always been my impression that paper letters make a much bigger impression and email just goes to the junk folder right away.

Thanks for getting us all involved at the same time. I really hope that a pile of 50+ letters is waiting on Mr. Neufeld's desk by Friday -- at least he'd have to read them just to figure out what was going on, even if he takes no action.

I emailed him a few hours ago and didn't get an auto-reply, so he is probably back from vacation. Maybe he will Google some text in the email and find out about this thread here, and hopefully take some action to fix the problem.

The petition signing idea is out, and we're instead submitting letters, both email and regular mail, to Donald Neufeld and alternatively Susan Arroyo.

The one thing I will ask of everyone if you're not using the template provided is to be professional and clear in your messages to them. We're much more likely to be taken seriously if we come of as understandably frustrated and wanting to see a course of action, and not raving lunatics. Push whatever frustrations you've had aside as best you can and deliver the best messages possible to these people. Remember, you're doing it for yourselves, and for your other, and for everything you've already gone through to be together.

The Google Doc address is the right one. So it's been over a week since the rough date to send emails/letters. Has anyone received any kind of response yet, other than the auto-response from Donald saying he was out of the office? We've received nothing so far.
