09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

so did it take 25 days for NVC to receive your file.

Yes it did :crying: I had to contact my congressman because I kept calling USCIS and NVC, and none of them were telling me anything! :( Finally they sent it out on March 6th (updated online) and they got it on March 11th. But then it took like 3 weeks until I got the case number finally! It is so stressful :(

Don't be stressed!!! The hardest thing isdone, you got noa2!!!! The rest of process will go faster :) Cheer up :)

Pozdravlyayu!!! Did you apply from US or abroad, you got approved pretty quick. Why did you get NOA 1 so late?

Privet :=) My husband applied from his location,NYC. To be honest we were waiting so hopeless untill it came unexpected. Noa 1 was given in november-december, but it was availaible to track since january. I was against of the lawyer firms as i thought it's waste money, but hubby persuaded on hiring them... probably it's their good job. Everything will be OK, just be positive:=)

Klassno, samoe trudnoe pozadi, NVC mnogo vremeni ne zaymet. I eshe govoryat chto eto zavisit ot zanyatosti posoltstvo v strane poluchatelya vizi. Vy seychas v Kazahstane jivete? Ya toje posle zamujestvo sobiralas podat na gostevuyu vizu no potom peredumala. A na kakom osnovanii oni Vam otkazali? V to vremya Vy bili zamujem ?
