Re-enter to US after file I-130

hi,

I really need help to this Problem.

Here is my situation:

I just file petition 1-130 for my wife to get the green card and she is currently holding a B-2 visa. She was here before and got back to Home Country last month. She didn't over stay. I wonder if she come back with the B2 visa, would that be rejected in the border? Also, my wife got the medical letter from my mother's doctor explaining my mother has cancer and want my wife to visit her. would that be a good evident for her to get in?

Appreciate if someone can answer my question and give some advice!

What country is she from? She needs evidence that she will return to her country at POE, a return ticket, perhaps a letter from her employer saying she is expected back on a certain date. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. she's from Malaysia and currently unemployed...would that be a problem with return ticket only? also would they consider my mother's doctor letter to let her in?

They will quiz her as your information is in the system . She should arm her self with return ticket, rent receipts or some of proof of residence, any significant financial obligations , the letter from the Dr and confidence. It's the border official's call so honesty, being calm and boldly assuring them of her return might do the trick.
