Hi Guys,

Just letting you all know we received our NOA2 today - March 25. 2013. We filed on August, 7, 2012 at VSC.

03/03/2012 - Wife moved back to the US
08/03/2012 - Sent I-130 to Chicago Lockbox
08/07/2012 - Chicago Lockbox Received I-130 (NOA1/Priority Date)
08/08/2012 - US Money Order for I-130 fee Cashed
08/15/2012 - I-797C Hard Copy Received (Vermont Service Center)
03/25/2013 - I-130 Approved (NOA2)
04/17/2013 - Found out through Congressman's Office that application was sent to NRC and not NVC

05/17/2013 - Application retrieved from NRC and forwarded by USCIS to NVC

05/22/2013 - NVC confirms case has been received

06/03/2013 - NVC assigns case number

06/04/2013 - Sent DS-3032 Email to NVCInquiry

06/10/2013 - Re-sent DS-3032 Email to NVCInquiry w/ Supervisor Review

06/10/2013 - AOS Bill Invoiced & Paid

06/10/2013 - AOS sent to NVC

06/11/2013 - AOS received by NVC

06/11/2013 - DS-3032 Accepted by NVC

06/12/2013 - IV Invoiced & Paid

06/13/2013 - IV Packet sent to NVC

06/14/2013 - IV Packet received by NVC

06/14/2013 - AOS Fee updated to PAID

07/02/2013 - AOS Checklist (I-864 EZ) - Asked to input W2 wages and not Total Income

07/03/2013 - AOS Checklist (Response) received by NVC

07/08/2013 - False Checklist for IV Packet

07/24/2013 - Case Complete!

07/31/2013 - Interview Scheduled for 09/30/2013!

08/09/2013 - Medical

08/12/2013 - Collected Medical Report and X-ray

09/30/2013 - Interview Result - Approved

10/04/2013 - Collected Passport and Visa - Paid USCIS Immigration Fee of $160

10/08/2013 - POE - Philadelphia smile.png

11/07/2013 - Case status on Elis changed to "Optimized"

11/12/2013 - Case status on Elis changed to "Closed" - Green card shipped

11/14/2013 - Greed card arrives in the mail!

04/30/2013 - RFE - Properly complete and re-submit G-325A.
05/09/2013 - RFE hand delivered to Local office.
05/10/2013 - NOA2 - Newark NJ

NVC
05/13/2013 - NVC Received.
05/30/2013 - Case & IIN # Received.
05/30/2013 - DS3032 & E-mail sent to remove Attorney and appoint petitioner as choice of Agent.
05/30/2013 - NVC accepted request and stated that further communication will now directed to petitioner.
06/04/2013 - AOS & IV bill e-mail received, generated and paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS & IV status paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS package sent
06/12/2013 - IV package sent
06/25/2013 - AOS Accepted
