HI Bruin

I did not indicate anything other than vacation on my visa applications - I intentionally chose not to disclose anything to the VN government (not obligated, therefore I didn't). It won't have any bearing on your CR-1 process anyways...as soon as you get married apply for the five-year waiver in VN. Much much cheaper than one or three-month visas.

if you want to get visa to Vietnam. I think you should come to Google and search Vietnam visa on arrival. That's good way to get Vietnam visa.

And good website to get visa Vietnam is www.vietnam-evisa.org, my family visiting Vietnam and happy with their services.
