usics send my wife a 797 notice of action not c is i-797 the type i guess was transfer notice for i129 f case included my alien register number as a beneficiary so my question is if this notice kind of approve or is simple processus

Just notification of receipt. It would say Approval if it was for that.

Receipt notice = I-797C = NOA (Notice of Action)

you will not receive anything different.

i had I-797 not i797c nd they give me an A NUMBER and they said is transfer notice they left the section blank without any explain nd when my wife call them they said they not know what it is im lost
