The USCUS trend data shows the NBC has been accepting and completing I-129F petitions since September of last year. Whats more, the number of petitions they have been accepting has increased from September through January of this year. I wonder what the data for February and March will show. Even more imortantly, I wonder what next month will show. I wonder, how or why have have these petitions been going to the NBC. Hmmmmm!

Not really, check it here : https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do and you'll see that it says "K-1/K-2 - Not yet married - fiance and/or dependent child" for NBC, with the processing date of 31 dec 2011 :S

If you add up the total receipts by CSC & VSC it comes up 265 short of the national total and they show 265 for NBC. I would guess they are special cases like active duty military, but it's interesting how it just started in October.

If that trend continues and they are regular cases I'm sure we will see those people here on VJ, because on January it shows NBC being 7.5% of all receipts.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC
