Hong Kong-specific question

I am an American working in Hong Kong.

I am going to marry my Filipino foreign domestic helper next month and then begin the process of getting her home with me to America.

My questions are simple.

1) Should I pursue DCF at the U.S. consulate here since I'm on a work visa in HK for the next year?

2) I do not own property in America. We will be temporarily living in property owned by my parents when we return to America. What does this mean in relation to the questions on domicile?

3) Ideally, I will continue working for my current employer in a new capacity when I return to America. My current employer is a company registered in Asia, based in HK, but with an office in America already.

My situation seems very complicated to me and I am worried about what to do next after the wedding.

(I think the dependent visa process here in HK is relatively easy though so that's good.)

Thank you.

1. You can't, as there is no USCIS office in HongKong (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD), thus no DCF option- you will need to file via the Chicago Lockbox and it will take several months from initial filing to interview.

2, Property is not the only way, and you can have your parents send a letter stating you can live with them. Do you have valid drivers license or voter record? Furniture in storage? A US bank account?

3. That would really help, it would mean no co-sponsor is needed.
