Timeline

Dear all,

my had filed a I-130 petition under F2A category in 29-feb-2012. and she had received a receipt number from CA office on 4 -mar-2012.

now since last one year when we check the status on usics website ,it shows status initial review. so we are in confuse about how much time will it take and there is no further communication since last year...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

As of the moment, CSC processing time for Permanent Resident filing for Spouse or Child under 21 is September 3, 2011. Like you, there are still lots of F2A filers who are waiting for their NOA2 or the Approval Notice from USCIS.

N-400 Timeline:

Applied online - 07/24/19 

Receipt notice - 07/24/19

Biometrics notice online - 07/26/19

Biometrics - 08/12/19

Interview notice - 11/22/19

Interview - 01/02/20

Oath Notice - 01/07/20

Oathtaking - 01/22/20 

Estimated Completion Time: May 2020 (10 months from date applied :clock:)

we got the same month of PD..

im Feb 27 2012, same situation..

but then, i dont need to worry yet sinz 2011 filers are still waiting for their NOA2..

they said that it looks like we're going to receive the noa2 once we reached the 2yrs frm our Pd.. by feb/march2014 maybe we'll get our noa2 :)

f2a journey takes 2.5 yrs by posted timelines
