My Problem is Not with the dream act. my problem is with DHS and why on earth did they send those applications all to Vermont service center when every major city has a immigration office, it makes to much sense to spread them out regionally.

Oh dearie, you have no idea how incompetent some of these local offices are. Frustrated at the approximate FIFO VSC for I-130s? Try watching people get approved in 2 weeks at Oklahoma and other still waiting 7 months later at a busier field office. Or better yet try a local office sending you a letter stating that USCIS doesn't even have jurisdiction over your case so they are shipping to the embassy because you must have meant to do DCF. :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: Or how about the other field offices that just box up approved petitions and don't bother to send them on to the NVC? Or the other local offices that sent approved I-130s off to the embassy just to be returned and lost?

Yeah, VSC was taking a long time, but at least they weren't screwing things up to high heaven.
