I am making attachment on my employment last five years and I could not find the item number of this APPLICANT'S Employment last five years.

As instructed on the form that include an item number, continuation sheet if needed but to get it done there is no item no.

I know its a simple thing but I would like to know what you have written on it.

My Journey:

Write in See Attachment

On the attachment sheet write out the whole question and the answers underneath in the same format as on the G325a. Remember to sign and date the attachment sheet.

What item # couldn't you find?

The instructions tells you to list the item or question # you're answering on the continuation sheet, and simply answer.

In Form I-130 there is a written No. like 1. 2. 3. etc but in form G-325A just boxes. That's what I am asking for.

Now I got it. I made an answer like this:

My name

Response to G-325A- Applicant's Employment last five years.

then:

APPLICANT'S EMPLOYMENT LAST FIVE YEARS.

AM I RIGHT?

Follow-up question please.

And thank you for your help.

Since I made an attachment to answer that, what will I answer on the next question which is "last occupation abroad if not shown above. ( include all information requested above.)

Not sure I clearly get the import of your whole question, but here's what the USCIS website advice on continuation sheets.

Note: this is only a suggested format. You can present the requested info your way as long as it meets the requirement below.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING PART________QUESTION #__________

Provide your response/answer here.........

I would like to use this format then and the same question applies, what will I put on the blanks. Because there are no numbers written on G-325A with an expiration date of 08/31/2012. I couldnt find that numbers only boxes.

Boggy - if you look at the G325a it doesn't have numbers for the questions. You have to write out the entire question for the 4th line.

APPLICANT'S NAME

APPLICANT'S DATE OF BIRTH

APPLICANT'S PLACE OF BIRTH

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING G325a Question: Applicant's Employment Last Five Years:

"Answer question"

APPLICANT'S SIGNATURE: ______________________________

On the G325a you can do 1 of 2 things... First you can can simply write in the box "See Attachment" and then provide all the answers on the attachment sheet OR you can fill it up until the last line then write "See Attachment" on the bottom line and fill out the last item on the attachment sheet.

As for last employment abroad - simply list your present employment.

Yes, I got both your point and I made it that way.

but

that next question stated as " last employment abroad if not shown above." How can I answer that way?

It is already written above my present employment and also it mentions abroad, meaning other country not our home country, am i right?

no

it means not in the USA.

(missed the not shown above)

so you write NONE or N/A

That would be part for the USC if they have worked abroad but it was more than 5 years ago to write down their employment abroad. Remember this is a universal form collecting biographical data from a great many people. They try to make it so it's one size fits all because that's easier for their computer system.
