Is it a good idea for an immigrant to be to take medications she just got 2 days ago to the

embassy doctor its Xanax and valium, they say she is having panic attacks, they ran lots of heart

tests and they are good so they send her to psyc. DR, he says tremendous stress & anxiety she wont

admit to,she has fake feelings of heart attacks, her medical is April 10th, she also needs waiver

is this a negative on her mentality to CO or adjudicators.

Not sure, she can say her stress is related to immigration process, but they may request a psych eval.

If she was prescribed the medication by her physician there is no reason not to take them.
