I'm wondering the same thing!!! I have not been approved -or denied- and i sent my application 10 months and 2 weeks ago. I have contacted the USCIS twice, and was kept waiting on the phone for more than an hour and being told that, in fact, my application was way out of processing times :D (really???!!!!) also, that they would send me a copy of my customer service request in the mail within the next 30 days!!! (It's been 2 weeks already...) and now, the processing times vanish? Seriously? Someone PLEASE let us know why???

I applied to remove my condition on my green card last August, and according to the website, it said that my case has just got approved on March 22....now I just cross my finger and wonder if that was the glitch from the system or not...anyway, there is nothing we can do now, just wait till tomorrow when everything is supposed to be back to normal for business day.

There have been other threads discussing this. Someone was saying that CSC is transferring its caseload to TSC for I-751's. But I didn't see that in the link on the USCIS homepage. CSC is transferring two other form types for processing from CSC to TSC to reduce the CSC caseload.

So far, I think the only thing about the other postings stating that the I-751's are being transferred to TSC is speculation. I cannot find it in writing.

I did notice that the CSC processing times about two weeks ago listed the I-751 at July 8, 2012 but also note that it is not now listed. TSC says 6 months but when I filed my I-751 about 18 days ago TSC was not an option for mailing, only VSC and CSC.

Good luck all.

This is what I read on uscis website

On Monday, March 25, 2013, some customers were notified of delivery delays to the USCIS California Service Center (CSC). The delays were the result of a temporary closure of CSC due to plumbing issues. The CSC will remain closed on Tuesday, March, 26, 2013. Deliveries will resume once CSC reopens. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

USCIS California Service Center Has Reopened

The USCIS California Service Center (CSC) has reopened on March 27, 2013 following a temporary closure due to plumbing issues. Deliveries have resumed and USCIS does not anticipate any delays due to the closure.

Did not see anything on I751 issue.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
