I have come to the US twice for 3 months at a time on a esta business visa,

my work place has asked me to transfer to the office based in the USVI,

am i still able to come over on my esta visa while my L1 is being processed.

also while i am on a L1 visa what happens if i want to marry my boyfriend while over there, no one has been able to help me so far and i have gotten the total run around from all those i have asked.

thanks

I think you mean VWP.

Which is 90 day entry.

You can work on a L1, not on the VWP, you could marry on either of them.

You could certainly marry and adjust status on a L1.

Australia has an agreement with USA and GB we can come inon a Electronic System for Travel Authorisation ESTA we can stay for up to 90 days but need to leave before the 90 days is up but can return as many times as we like in 2 years

Your not currently on a visa, you are on the visa waiver.

L1 allows dual intent so yes. you can get married and adjust status on it.

Let's see...

ESTA is the US electronic system for monitoring the visa waiver program (VWP). It's not an actual visa, since VWP is an arrangement that means you don't need a visa.

No, the VWP doesn't allow you to visit the US "as much as you want". If you are here a lot, the inspecting border patrol officer may recommend that you don't come back for a few months. Most people are fine, though.

Yes, you can travel on VWP while your L-1 visa is in processing. I did that several times.

Yes, you can marry while in the US on an L-1 visa. Once you've done that, you can adjust status to be a legal permanent resident. You cannot work for any company other than the one which sponsored your L-1 until you have either your EAD (employment authorization) or greent card.
