NVC keep telling me that its not on the system yet. Its been a month.. Grrrrr!!!

Im sending a new set of IV packet again tomorrow.

:hehe:

It happens sometimes they misplace things. They misplaced some of my AOS papers (got RFE which they said they did not receive) I called NVC and the lady I spoke with wondered why they were missing since I read off my copies of all I sent, so I resent those. Seemed quicker to resend them. Then with our IV Packet they said they did not receive a couple documents (got RFE for these), I called NVC (I Read off scanned copies of all I sent) and the gentleman I spoke with said he would ask his supervisor to check again, and in a few days I got an email from them saying they had received all necessary documents and would let us know when an interview has been scheduled, so I assumed they found them, as I was waiting for FedEx to deliver the documents for me to resend.

I sent all our Packets by Priority Mail, certified and with signature required for all packets I sent starting from USCIS and NVC.

Wishing you Good Luck

Write your case number at the top of all your documents. We wrote in pencil on our originals, so that they wouldn't be damaged. That way, if some of your papers do get mislaid (which certainly happens), they can connect them to your file.

Yes it has all my authenticated copies in my IV packet. i ordered 3 copies of each documents at NSO, Philippines (birth cert, marriage contract )just it case it got lost and it happened (i guess our plan works! ). Hopefully tomorrow it will be there. My mom-in-law mailed it today and pay a lil extra just to get it there sooner.
