Hello everyone I'm filling a petition to my mom and filling up the I-130 is a bit confusing for me

in line #13 (Information about me)

13. If you are a U.S. Citizen complete the following:

my citizenship was acquired through (check one)

() Birth in the US

() Naturalization. Give certificate number and date and place of issuance

()Parents. Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your own name?

()yes give certificate number, date and place of issuance ()

* in my case I'm a US citizen but I wasn't born in the US and also am not Naturalize. I'm born in the Philippines and got my Citizenship from my Father (he passed away that's why i'm doing the petition for my mom not him) and I have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (form FS-240) issued in the Philippines. So i guess i will the have to check the 3rd box but what is the certificate number. please help.

Based on my research here in VJ threads, you have to check ()Parents. Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your own name?. followed by entering N/A instead of a certificate number. Do you also have a US Passport? If so, you can provide a copy of your passport and the FS-240.
