Because it would be stupid to assume that Run isn't talking about a black man considering that there is a 9:1 chance of a black man committing a crime in the area that Run lives and the article involves a dead black man.

Since a third to half of the country swings Left. why do those areas have trouble retaining hardly any whites.....and why don't these libs when looking for a house go in and snatch up those great deals to be had, rather than spend considerably more for a comparable house elsewhere?

Now I don't mean to be to hard on my friends on the Left, it's just the phoniness which barks out every time they go into their "moral Supremacist" bit, preaching to others.

When the break-down of the family bears its fruit, all who can get out.... do get out.

Why don't they ever pick mostly black neighborhoods where the good deals on real estate are?

As a side note one of the things that cracks me up about Black culture is this farce so many young Blacks have that they live in a "ghetto."

And I guess we can debate what that term means but I remember what real "ghettos" look like ..... and I'm sorry but...Suburban neighborhoods with split level homes are NOT -the ghetto.

In fact I am here in Charlotte, I would probably have to drive to D.C. to be in a real ghetto, though most there are now gone (I imagine).

Yeah I recall the old Days of driving through Phili and Baltimore and D.C. when the classic ghettos existed. Camden was another one though I don't recall the High rises, they have built a new water-front but much of that city is still a waste land, it was Detroit perhaps before detroit.

I have a friend who goes down there and does habitat houses and he says it's still crazy. BUt I have not been there since I made a visit to the Hospital years ago.

Bro I know you think I am picking on Black folks but the truth is, after looking at the numbers I realized it is the breakdown of our family structures. Blacks are simply ahead of the curve on this due to a number of reasons. As the same effect grows in other cultures a SIMILAR result will be seen, though in different ways.

The big question is.....IF we collectively wanted to change this problem, how would we go about doing it.... and is it even possible with so many people reaping a handsome living from the dysfunction?
