Welcome to the forum.

Has the K-1 AOS been approved? Have both done their biometrics and had their AOS interview? This is not specifically mentioned in your initial message? Your experience is certainly not the same as ours. My wife (K-1) and stepson's (K-2) AOS was approved at the same time, and they received their GCs at the same time. Check out our timeline.

Have you spoken to a Tier-2 rep at USCIS?

I will ask the mods to move your posting to the correct forum, this topic is for AOS forum, not K-1.... you have moved on.

:time: It helps everyone formulate the best responses for your particular situation.

Good luck.

Hi, like I inquired in response your same-topic K-1 forum posting, have you talked to a Tier-2 rep at USCIS? There are also other options available to you, including, making an INFOPASS appointment, contacting the USCIS Ombudsman, contacting your Federal-elected officials (US Senator/Representative). Google search any of those other options to get specific contact information.

Hope that it gets resolved to your satisfaction soon.

Good luck.

My wife and son received their APs, their EADs and their GCs all at the same time, including their 10 yr GCs.
