I gathered all my docs for my mother's AOS...please let me know if I got all these right.

I864 signed

1044 tax form ( 2010,2011,2012)

employment letter

w2's (2010,2011,2012)

401k statement

Do I need to provide my 6 months worth of my pay stubs as well? Or its optional?

My saving and checking statement also is included.

It appears you have good evidence for the AOS packet. The pay stubs are optional but they are good proof of current income.

Have you checked out the NVC filers thread? Posts #1 and #2 give you great advice and a good guideline for what you should include in that packet. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/417050-nvc-filers-march-2013/

pay stubs, 401k and bank statements are all optional.

If you want to add pay stubs, just include 3 or 4 spaced out over a period.

Tax transcripts would have eliminated the need for w2s and 1044s but you seem set to go.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!
