I have a question form the VJ Experts. What documents are sent by Petitioner/Beneficiary to NVC and What documents are sent to Local Embassy by Petitioner/Beneficiary?

Aoun look at the visa guide, it has detailed instructions if you are confuses on how to fill application look at example form section it has sample application. If you have a specific question repost your question here.
