Yay!! Such an easy RFE!! Maybe your NOA2 will come very soon!

Just curious...

How did you get her letter of intent so fast? Did you already have it with your fiancée's original signature waiting for the RFE?

Sent out on March 9, received NOA1 on March 15. But we haven't received the I-797 form yet! My fiance called them today and they said that due to the unexpected high volume of I-129 forms, there's a longer wait period of 3 to 4 weeks http://static-forums.visajourney.com/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/sad.gif They better speed up...good luck to us all!

I think they use this response all the time... Lol i only see 27 petitions for i-129f in March... Anyone else get a different number?

Maybe, but we still haven't received the I-797 form and probably never will...we spoke to them on the phone again and it seems that it's not a big deal. Hopefully everything is ok.

We never received our I-797 either. We received the e-mail notification with the case # (which is supposed to be the most important piece of information on the form). We contacted USCIS and changed the address on file (my fiance, the USC, has a complicated mailing situation). Hopefully when its finally NOA2 time, we'll receive that form - because to order a copy of the NOA2 is like $400!!!

We gotta check if they have the right address too, don't want any delays because of that.

Definitely! Have whoever the USC is call (I tried calling and they wouldn't allow me to change the address/talk about the petition because "all of the USC's personal information in on file" - I was like HEY! All of MY personal information is on there, too!) and confirm the address. One bonus... when they changed our address our petition was 'touched' (obviously) which assured me they had our petition still and it had been worked on. Just a little reassurance, I suppose... but it was nice to see on the USCIS website.
