vermont processing time ??

Please keep us updated fellow VSC filers :)

Since I was up so early this morning I thought I would do a little research. I started with my EAC number and started working backward in number blocks of 5. I have 10 in my block of filers and I found 2 more blocks with lower numbers. One block was very close to mine but the other was about 500 lower. None are showing anything past "Initial Review". As a point of reference we are Oct. 16 NOA1.

I know from watching VJ that things are not always in order but if I see blocks getting approved near mine (most aren't on VJ anyway) then we should have some good idea that our files will be 'touched' soon. If I have time this evening I'll try to go back farther and see what I find.

Good luck to us all!

Susana and my paperwork went to Vermont as well. We received our NOA 1 on October 30th. Then, "On November 6, 2012, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating..." etc. We are still praying and keeping our fingers crossed. Good luck everyone!

so im look at the the processing time for vermont and i see it says 5 months!! for i129f in my case it would be the fiance not married k1 but i am sure if my green eyes are seeing the right thing???

just to inform you guys how amazing god is when i first summited my papers i prayed for them to go to california since at that time it was ahead and going fast but to my disgrace it got sent to vermont i was so upset but god is so wonderful that vermont is now ahead and hopefuly the process wont be that long ... im sure lots of you have felt like this

and to my california filers dont give up hope :) back to the question please let me know if what i see is correct?

Yes, praise be to the vehement overlord who so kindly screwed over all the CSC filers so that only you could have a speedier process...

I swear, the religious zealotism shown by some members on this site makes me nauseous. You wouldn't catch me praising satan or science if CSC sped up and VSC took the hit as a result.

Religious logic:

1) I got my own way - God did it.

2) I didn't get my own way - God didn't do it... yet.

Congratulations on your speedy processing time. I mean that sincerely. And not because there's a god, or there isn't a god, but because everyone deserves the quickest processing time possible, and not just those that think their beliefs make them entitled to preferential treatment from above.

Chris, God has not slowed down CSC to spite you he has a point to everything he does and has YOUR best interests at heart. Even though you deny his existance he loves you infinitely from your birth to your death and beyond.

Even when it seems cruel to us at first he will reveal his actions to you and they are well intended :)

As I have said many times on here before his timing is perfect!

This post is not intended to cause offense to you or to upset you but if theres any part of you that can listen TRUST him he will never leave you!

Also I see all the topics you've ever posted are anger towards God. I pray for you to find happiness and freedom from the anger that is inside you

The difference between you and I is that I would never tell you to not believe, whereas you are dead-set on telling me to believe. That is the nature of religion. Mass-ignorance can only be maintained in a modern enlightened society when it is enforced and shared as part of its doctrine. Do not tell me how to think, as I would not do the same to you.

Sure, some of the posts I've made have been anti-religious, but that is because it is frustrating to come to a website looking for visa advice and to find religious nuts bashing out their routine where it is completely irrelevant. I come here for advice on filing procedures, wait times and updates on the service centers, which religion has absolutely nothing to do with. You must also understand, it is strange for me to see so much religious spiel on the internet because, generally speaking, the internet is a great source of facts and information, which religion is the complete opposite of. I have not seen so many people posting irrelevant drivel about their faiths in any other corner of the internet, so it's particularly frustrating when it has the least amount of relevance here. You've probably made reference to your god with as much frequency as I have made reference to how your god has no place on this website, multi-cultural and topic based as it is, yet I wouldn't dismiss your presence here for that fact, or insist on finding a character flaw because of it.

Religious people are the biggest modern day trolls, because their circular logic always concludes in 'I will pray for you/I'm sorry you are so angry'. I'm not angry. I'm sitting here, enjoying a nice cool drink, writing up an essay for my degree. But if it makes you feel better to imagine that my life is somehow lacking without faith, then fine. That, however, is your own delusion, and not something for me to be concerned about.

It's nice that your god has my best interests at heart. With the sheltered life you presumably lead, you can convince yourself that god is in everything. I doubt those living in abject poverty and daily suffering in many less fortunate parts of the world would agree that your god has their best interests in mind. Perhaps they didn't pray hard enough?

I'll leave it there, because debating with a religious person online is a) pointless, as you can't unbrainwash the brainwashed, and b) in intellectual terms, the direct opposite of what I should be doing now, which is working on my essay. I'll leave you to bathe in your own ignorance. As the bible says:

1 Timothy 2:12 NIV

New International Version

I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.

I understand your points and I respect your desire to stand up for what you believe. I have a particular empathy for your opinion as I was once where you are now but I was perhaps a little less eloquent in expressing my opinion towards religion!

As your points are anti-religious so are mine pro-religious on which ground we are equal in our philosophies. The difference being that you dont try to tell people what they should believe in ( like I do) and I dont try to tell people they are stupid (like you do). So we both have our biases - it's human nature.

This is the oldest arguement of all time and we can go back and forth together quoting random bits of scripture and text books without context in an attempt to try to infantise one anothers beliefs ( I believe theres a man in the sky you believe we are hairy monkeys etc. etc.)

Unfortunately there is no compromise on theology. Theres no room for agnosticism in Christianity and certainly no room for it in Atheistic approaches.

Therefore we will always bang heads with people on this subject.

Some people argue over the internet about religion, some people bomb the c*ap out of other countries.

Depends on ones measure of power.

The greatest stance you can maintain is patience and tolerance
