Just checked this myself and wooooo! It is 5 months now on their website! :) Touch wood I pray I hear something in June then if they manage to catch themselves up. Ditto, I also remember being very upset when I got Vermont as CSC was the fast one at the time and I kept complaining to my fiance that we got the '####### one'. How things can change! Hang in there CSC folk

Shows 5 months for VSC, 6.6 months for CSC, but national average is 10.2 months. How is this possible?

Are they including the extremely weird numbers that they provide from National Benefits Center and TSC in the calculations (as that is selectable as one of the choices)? Why? Those numbers are really screwing the average.

From their own trend stats, TSC has no K1 petitions pending at all. 0! Since January 2012! Why are they contributing anything to the average if K1 petitions are not processed there at all?

NBC did get a bunch in the past few months (transfers from CSC?).

Shouldn't they average by number of petitions at the centers and not just combine all the numbers together and divide by 4? Do they not know how to do averages? If TSC has 0 petitions, they can't possibly be taking 16.2 months to approve them and skew the average.

October filer here as well - October 5! I called USCIS for the first time today and asked about the 5 month processing time listed on the website... I was told this is an estimate only and currently they are only processing cases filed September 3 and before.... Obviously I know isn't true since several people on this website are getting approved after that date! I told this to the immigration officer and his response was, "honestly I don't know." Great help, ha. All we can do is wait, I guess! I pray our time is coming soon, October!:)

I can only hope VSC is swift.

I sent in my I129f and all that on Friday 3/15, it was delivered on the 18th, and the the NOA1 was sent out to me with a notice date of 3/20 from the VSC.

Let us hope for continuing swiftness, and nothing stupid happens with what's going on at the CSC and this DACA rubbish.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding
