Hi! Everyone i have a question on the I131. My husband go approved recently for AP . We really want to travel to mexico so my husbands family can meet our new baby girl. Can someone pls explain how the AP works . We are just scared that if we leave he wont be able to come back :-(. Our aos appoinment is coming up in april before the date we want to leave.

What happens when you leave?

CAn you be rejected entry ?

What documents do you need to come back?

IS he on any overstay? You can get AP and still be inadmissable if you use it. If he came on a K1 and you filed adustment in a timely fashion you are fine.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No i dont think so, he came here in a k1 visa we got married in time vut we didnt fille for aos till aftes 6 months but everything is in order. We even have our interview in the 8 of april.
