I received my wife and step-daughter's NOA2 approval letters last week, so I'm waiting for the NVC case numbers. Now that I'm working on the DS-230 forms I noticed an error that I made to my wife's submitted residence and employment dates on the G-325A Biographic Information form. She lived in China until 03-2008, then Tokyo between 04-2008 to 03-2012, then back to China from 04-2012 to present.

She was employed when she was in China, but not in Tokyo, so I matched the dates of employment with her residence dates. Unfortunately I made an error where I had her dates in Tokyo as 04-2008 to 03-2011 and not 03-2012. She reviewed this before she signed, but she also didn't catch the mistake.

Now that I am filling out the DS-230 visa application form, should I put the correct dates on this form now or should I match the 2011 dates I already put on the G-325A form? Her passport should have the correct dates stamped, so this may be noticed at the interview.

What do you suggest I do now?

Thanks!

Yes the DS-230 is where you can give corrected info. Also you should go to the NVC filers thread read Post #1 and #2 sine you get to do electronic processing.
