Preparing the packet of things to send to my fiance while she awaits Packet 3

So we're finally in the home stretch of this whole process. Packet 3 should be sent to her any day now, and apparently Madrid is very fast with everything. I am sending her the I-134 with the supporting documents, in addition to a copy of the I-129F packet I sent to the USCIS. I read that I also should sign a new letter of intent to marry (I was just going to print off exactly what I wrote before and sign and date it). Am I missing anything else while I'm preparing the packet I'm sending to her? What about some sort of document or letter saying I'm legally free to marry? I'm going to research that now, but what the hell, I'll go ahead and ask here too...

On her end we're ready I think. We have her police certificate of no record, her birth certificate, both translated to english, She's filled out the D-156 and 157 (I think)...madrid doesn't put those in packet 3, you email them yourself. She also needs to sign the letter of intent to marry correct and some sort of thing saying she CAN marry correct?

Also, just e-mail the embassy. They write back really quickly and are very friendly and they can let you know FOR SURE if you are a bit concerned.
