Hi all, I need some help here incase anyone knows the process of u visa. My Attorney submitted my application last year and the acknowledgement reads July 10,2012. I went for my biometrics the following month and I have not heard anything since then. I checked on my Attorney and she told me the whole process takes at least 11months and might not hear anything for a long time. This wait is way too long, especially when I read boards and discover some people got theirs faster. Anyone out there with information please?

I am waiting too. It is frustrating to see how the processing times goes so slow. I stopped checking the processing times online. I realized is not healthy. I am rather concentrating in other things in my life. I cannot work but I am working on improving myself. I would recommend you to do the same. It will happen sometime in the future for sure, we just need to be patience, and patience is hard to practice. Mine was submitted on November 12,2012,so your will be issued much earlier than mine. Keep me posted.
