You are behind DACA.

Hi, I don't mean to sound ignorant but is there any way you could explain more about this DACA thing? I keep hearing it everywhere but no idea what it means for K-1 filers?? We filed end of Sept 2012, if that helps?

And even with transferring cases to TSC, there has been no significant shift in processing at CSC. It's been 2 weeks and I would have expected some tectonic shift, but nothing. The good news is that not even the CSC can get away long with such blatant failure. As the cases to continue to back up, pressure must necessarily mount for them to do their jobs. We, however, are key in this shift. Write, call, complain. It is our civic duty.
