Cover Letter for the AOS and IV packets

Okay I am kinda confused here about the Tax transcript, I only have 1044 income tax return files from year 2012,2011,2010 and with that along with my 3 yrs w2's..would that be enough? Pls enlighten me on these one. Thank you guys!

If you're not sending in tax return transcripts (which are greatly preferred by NVC), then you need to include the ENTIRE tax return, so 1040s, W2s, 1099s, work sheets, schedules, etc. Basically, everything you sent to the IRS needs to be included in the AOS package.

Is there a reason why you're not getting transcripts? They're completely free, and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.
