Ok so i got approved on march 12 through USCIS.gov and got the actual letter in the mail on march 15. So my question is how long does it take for the dhl instruction package to arrive? its been 7 days since i got the letter in the mail. My lawyer told me to be checking on mexico.usvisa-info.com and i have but it just says "There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time".

I tried calling DHL but they say without the waybill number they cant give me any info. I did some research because i heard from known people that when they were going through that, that they checked online all the time and never saw something new so they just decided to take a trip to the dhl office and when they got there they told me that their package had been there. I found similar things to this of people online.

Is there any other way of finding out about the DHL package whereabouts? Does anyone have any opinions? should i take a trip to the dhl office? the thing is that its in michoacan zamora and im in mexico city so you could see the problem there. Any info would be much appreciated!

Try calling the Juarez consulate and ask for info, there's is also a 703 number you can call, sorry don't know the numbers by heart but the number for the consulate is on the uscis website, once you call the answering machine gives you a 703 number regarding visas, have your nvc number ready with you to ask them for info. Hopefully they can give you info, also if there's a dhl office closer to you, you can change the location of where to pick up your visa packet

Hello! I'm a little confused with your post. What was approved? Was it your I-130 petition? Or was the visa approved at the consulte in Ciudad Juarez?

From what I'm reading, I think you are confused. If your I-130 was approved, there is no DHL package to track. The Waybill Number on the usvisa-info.com is the number DHL uses when sending the visa with the passport. So if you are waiting for the instructions, they will not arrive via DHL. I'm surprised you lawyers is telling you to check the website.

If the letter you got in the mail is the I-130 approval, then your case will be forwarded to the National Visa Center. You will need to contact them. Make sure you get the case number. Does your case number start with CDJ or MEP?

Please clarify your post. Thanks.

Hey sorry i should have clarified, what was approved was my I601 waiver. My lawyer said that i was going to get a DHL package with instructions on what to do next which would be to send in my passport to get sealed im guessing then they would return it stamped and i could return home. i hope that clarifies
