How to Cancel Request of Rescheduling Biometrics Appointment

Hi. I had my biometrics appointment on March 18 but due to snow storm I failed to appear. Prior to the appointment, (Mar 14) I sent back the original notice to request rescheduling of my biometrics appointment after I've heard the weather alert on the news. Knowing that rescheduling may delay the process, I tried walking-in at the ASC St. Paul, MN bringing the photocopy of the biometrics notice and it was successful. Do I have to do anything to cancel my rescheduling request ? If so, how ???

I don't think you have to worry about it. You have fulfilled the requirements for biometrics already. I personally wouldn't worry about it. It should be in the system that you have already had the biometrics done.

I called USCIS National Customer Service number a while ago and asked a representative on what to do.

He said he will do "research" for an answer to my question and put me on hold for 2 minutes. When he got back,

he told me that I still have to appear at the ASC if I will receive another biometrics appointment notice

and tell the ASC that I already had my biometrics taken. I don't feel like going back to the ASC (it's 2hours away)

just to tell them that I had my biometrics taken. I also thought that it should be in there "system" !

That sucks.... It looks like system does not work for us. We work for the system!
