This is strange because I checked about 2 weeks ago and CSC was on July 8, 2012 for I-751. Now I-751 is missing from CSC.

There is a link on the homepage about transferring workload from CSC to TSC but the I-751 was not mentioned. They say only the I-821D and the i_765 are affected.

I looked today and it still doesn't list CSC for the I751. I called to find out what is going on as we still don't have our ROC updated since they received it September and the woman had no clue as to why it wasn't listed on there. Then proceeded to tell me that the actual time frame is more like 9 months. I pointed out their website says 6 months with National average being 7. She couldn't explain that either. I am beyond frustrated at this stage.:bonk::bonk::bonk:

When you look for processing times for form I 751. The service center listing just shows Texas or Vermont. The good thing is that Texas I 751 processing time shows 6 months.

I know and I said as much to the woman on the phone to which I was told for the millionth time 'can i put you on hold to verify' I swear I knew more about what the processing times stated on their own website and what centres are doing the processing. :bonk:

Alright, so we have conflicting information. I called USCIS this morning and was told that for csc the processing time for I 751 is 6 months.

I filed mine on June 25th 2012 and its 9 months now and my application is still pending. I called USCIS and they told me that they would send me a letter in 2 weeks explaining why my application was out of the processing time frame. It seems like csc stopped processing 1-751 applications?? Waiting to see what the letter will say.

I know the feeling :/ had to go through that with AOS and I swear all they train them to do is read off the computer screen. Thanks but I can read off the website on my own without having to be put on hold for hours

It's baaacckk!!! USCIS site updated their Processing Time today!!

(As of Feb 28)

I-751 for CSC: Aug 2

That's very interesting that they are giving an early August date as their official processing date, when unofficially (through VJ members' updates) we know that they've processed and approved some late August filers this week. If they continue at this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if some early September filers hear back in the next few days.

Chep: Yes, your case is way out of normal processing times at 9+ months. Hope you hear from them soon, hopefully with an approval. You may also want to consider applying for citizenship as soon as you become eligible (if you haven't already). That will speed up adjudication on your case. Good luck!
