K-1 Petition fee

Hi,

I thought they increased the fee for Filing the K-1. I paid $340 last October and remember hearing they were raising it? Their website says $340 still but i dont trust it, need confirmation please.

whatever fees u see on the USCIS website should be ACCURATE. WOW that is weird that u trust strangers rather than the main USCIS lol just saying lol

They raised the VISA fee not the petition fee. The fees listed on the USCIS website are correct.

i understand your point. It would seem odd to trust strangers. But as i see it I have more faith in the people here who have a common struggle. The govt. so far has never proven itself to be helpful to me. USCIS lied to me multipule times costing my fiancee and i months of our time. Yup i made a mistake on my petition i accept responsiblity for that. But doesnt give them authority to lie.

I understand your confusion, I am still trying to figure out all the fees for I-130 to completion. If the government would just do a list on one page of all the fees from start to completions. Then we wouldn't be so confused this why we trust strangers. I looking to people who have been through the entire process. I would ask if someone could post a list of the fees from start to finish for both K-1 and I-130 that would help. I know about the new $165 green card fee but I am still confused about the fees after the NOA2 approval. Since I have three I-130 application it going to cost me. I have already paid the $420 X 3 Thanks
