they have updated USCIS website, but for CSC- same date 18th July-2012

so my question is, does it means that in one month , they did not approve I-129F, but on the other hand some of from

July they approved.............whats going on.................

im confused as well, two months later and they are working on the same date... so disheartening.. a process that was suppose to take 5 or 6 months tops may take close to a year.. im just under 4 months in, and truly believe theres another 5 or 6 months left for us

It's only a month according to USCIS. Their update only accounts for the month of January. As has been noted on here numerous times, CSC pretty much stopped doing I-129F applications because they were swamped with DACA. VSC had a similar problems that slowed them to a crawl as well. VSC moved DACA cases to Nebraska something like 6 weeks ago or so, and they quickly caught back up. CSC just moved DACA cases this month, and the hope is that they will also catch back up soon.

Actually if you look at the processing times page, it states that it is current through January 31, not current through the day it was updated

That date is more of a cut off date, like they've processed 98% (I'm guessing) application processed before then and if you were earlier then you can file a service request.

Instructions on Using the Table

Below is a chart that shows the Form Number, Form Name and Processing Times for all of the forms that are processed at that office. (Note that not all offices process all types of applications and petitions.)

Perhaps you are confusing the difference between date posted and date updated. It's not the same. This was posted on March 22, but it was updated as of January 31.

Exactly, last updated, not last posted. It was POSTED on March 22. The update is for January 31. They haven't updated the information since that date. We call this updating the website when we talk about it, but technically, it's just the January 31 update being posted in March. In April they will have the update through February etc.

your being way to technical on the wording. They update the page, but not the data. The data is updated as of the date listed on the page, which is January 31, 2013 right now

Looking at Igor's list data, I agree. However, that is not what USCIS says in their table. I think they make it deliberately obtuse (so is it as of Jan 31, or March 22???), so they have the freedom to say what best benefits them, ie. less service requests/get the caller off the phone as soon as possible/screw you Jack.
