As i am preparing for documents while waiting for consulate instruction for K1 packet 3, i am afraid my police certificate might take too long (about 3weeks) to submit it with packet 3. So the question is, is it possible to give them the police certificate on the interview day so that wont slow us down in submitting in packet 3? Anyone have done this? Anyway, another foreign police certificate gotta be sent to US consulate directly from the police force. blink.gif

Second question is about the checklist, apprently it is required to submit the checklist with the request letter and finger prints to get the foreign police record. May i ask if the checklist you will get with packet 3 will be any different from the one downloaded on the website e.g. Applicant name or case number indicated on checklist page or something?wacko.gif

Thanks
