Just out of curiousity, when did you have your medical?

I’ve read that your visa is only valid for 6 months after your medical.

I think it depends. I had my medical 1.5 months before my visa was issued, but I did get the whole six months of visa validity from the date the visa was issued.

OP, I think you will be ok. The visa and the petition are different things. I entered the U.S. after the petition had expired, and there was no issue whatsoever. What matters for you is the visa validity, and if you're traveling in the end of June, you will still be within the visa validity period.

Go with the VISA date in your passport. What date does that say?
