Hello..

I'm a filipina..

and my fiancee is in nevada, henderson city we filed a k1 visa.. his lawyer told us they sent it in uscis in mid september iv been waiting almost 6 months frm now.

no notice. not even noa1 i dont even know that.

whats Noa1 and Noa2.

is ths natural..?

i dont even get updates from his lawyer I constantly emailed him no replies..

:-( siggh i feel deppressed lonely..

i feel hanging.

NOA1 and NOA2 are actually forms I797C, have you received one of these forms-or rather has your fiance?

Hi, sis! Noa1 is the first notice your fiance or his lawyer will receive from the USCIS stating that they have received the petition. It contains your receipt number which you can use to check your status online.

Noa2 is the second notice from the USCIS notifying that they have approved the petition.

Maybe your fiance should contact his lawyer regarding this. So strange, NOA1 will arrive in not less than 1 week in most cases.

Also, don't worry about being delayed, you're not alone. :) We too are September filer and until now, waiting for our precious NOA2.
